About us

Camyoga (originally Ashtanga Yoga Cambridge ) was set up in 2003 by Cambridge yoga teacher Louise Palmer.

In the last seven years Camyoga has grown considerably and diversified into a broad range of Yoga and Pilates activities, including Yoga holidays, retreats and a renowned Yoga Teacher Training programme.

The pre and postnatal, active birth and baby yoga side of Camyoga has also grown considerably, and as well as a full programme of classes in Yoga and Pilates, Camyoga also offer classes and teacher training in Pre and Postnatal Yoga, Baby Yoga and Yoga for Children.

2010 brings some exciting changes to Camyoga as we move to our new dedicated Yoga Centre in central Cambridge.

The move is planned for September 2010.
