FAMILY RETREAT

In Sabina (north of Rome)

In Sabina 2013 will be our seventh visit. There is a very good reason we return there year after year!

This year, as last year, our retreat at In Sabin is open to families with children of all ages.

It is a fabulous place to visit with children, the weather is fantastic, the pool perfect, and In Sabina is a paradise for children.

For the adults, the retreat is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your yoga practice, and spend time with other like minded yogis in a beautiful and inspirational setting. There are a range of excellent massage treatments available every day, and gorgeous healthy food – as much as you can eat – three meals a day all included in the price (flights, travel, and additional therapies not included)

1 adult and 1 child sharing – 780 parent 200 for the child
1 adult and 2 children sharing – 580 for the parent and 500 for the two children

A non refundable deposit of £150 per person is due at the time of bookings. The remainder is due 2 months before departure.

We are delighted to announce that we will be visiting Molino Del Rey in Southern Spain for the first time in 2013. Molino Dey Rey is a highly sought after destination, and is rated as one of the worlds best yoga retreat centres.
 
And in honour of our first visit, we are taking along two of our favourite teachers, Louise Lloyd and Anna Jackson!

Molino del Rey is also very well known for its massages and spa treatments, and hiking and hill walking. They have their own caves, and a magical sea water system swimming pool.

A spring of the river “Rio Grande” is born at the entrance of Molino Del Rey. From it the purest of waters pour through the yoga centre, offering bathing facilities whilst surrounded by the wonderful fragrance of mountain flowers.

Flights are to Malaga with about a 1 hour drive to the retreat
