Children under the age of 16 may attend classes if approved by the teacher, ONLY if accompanied by a parent or carer. The parent or carer MUST be present in the actual class, and not in the cafe or another area of the building. The parent or carer is responsible for ensuring there is no disruption to the class, and may be asked to leave with the child in such cases.

A strict 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all therapy appointments. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, or if you do not turn up for your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee.
