Ashtanga Second Series Course

Welcome to a deep dive into the practice and teaching of ashtanga yoga second series, starting from October 18 at the CAMYOGA Studio in Cambridge City Centre.

Course meets 8-10am for Mysore practice and 12-3pm for workshops, theory and explorations.
