The CAMYOGA 200 hour yoga teacher training diploma is the industry standard yoga qualification, and will stand you in good stead as a yoga teacher all over the world.
The diploma course may be taken either as a 10 month course (approximately one weekend a month), or as an intensive over 3 months - an initial 12 days, with a final 4 days 3 months later. It is also possible to take the intensive in two 'halves' (6 day intensive, 6 day intensive on the next course, then the final 4 days).
The course is open to all serious yoga students from all yoga styles.
Successful applicants will have had a minimum of two years yoga regular yoga practice with an experienced teacher, but we will also consider students with other relevant experience and an established home practice. An interest in the subject of Yoga beyond the practice of postures is considered essential.
All the CAMYOGA faculty is formally qualified and experienced in delivering OfQual (government endorsed) qualifications. Our systems are internally verified by qualified verifiers and all coursework is marked and assessed by level 3 qualified assessors. Quality assurance and standardisation procedures are in place to ensure a very high standard of qualification is achieved by all of our students.

We run 4 courses a year, two 10 month courses starting April and October, and two intensives starting at the end of January and end of July.

50% of the full fee is payable as a non-refundable deposit once accepted on to the course. The remaining fee is due two months before the course commencement date. If you apply within the two months time frame, the full fee is payable immediately. For the 10 month course, a payment plan is available - deposit + monthly payment. On a payment plan you are bound contractually to fulfil the full payment schedule, and payment plans are not subject to the early bird or any other kind of discount.

We operate a bursary scheme for those who can demonstrate their qualification will be used to teach in a community who will receive a high level of benefit as a direct result of your work as a teacher. The bursary offers up to a 50% reduction in the fee. Our bursary scheme is extremely sought after, and our successful candidates are all outstanding in their passion and commitment to teach in their various communities. We expect you to have a strong plan in place before applying, and your scheme must have a direct and measurable outcome of benefit to your community. We expect your subsequent work to generate a report which will in turn be of benefit to you and the wider yoga community. Successful candidates are usually, but not always, on a low income. Pre & Post-course Study
Our pre course study module is delivered online by yoga anatomy expert Leslie Kaminoff. It is an outstanding course with approximately 20 hours of study. There is an additional 2-5 hours preparative study. Full details are given in your welcome pack which is sent out once the deposit is paid. Please make your application in good time to allow completion, late applicants can negotiate more time on a case by case basis.

Course dates for the 10 month diplomas are run at the CAMYOGA dedicated studios at CAMYOGA Mitchams. Course dates for the Intensive diplomas are run at the CAMYOGA dedicated studios at CAMYOGA Shelford. Occasional sessions may be run at other CAMYOGA locations. All our centres are purpose built for yoga teacher training, and fully equipped with everything you need. Each day will start at 7am and finish at 6pm.
All tuition, teacher training manual, student support, assessments, certificate. For Intensive courses: breakfast, lunch and snacks are charged as a mandatory supplement of £200. All day tea is provided on all courses free of charge.
